As a psychotherapist, I believe that healing begins with being truly seen.
For me, therapy is more than a profession — it’s a calling rooted in deep empathy and life experience. I bring an integrative approach shaped by psychodynamic understanding, attachment theory, and mindfulness, but also by decades of walking alongside others — and my own journey as a mother, learner, and seeker of meaning.
Clients often describe me as calm, genuine, and deeply present. My aim is to create a space where you can lay down what’s been too heavy to carry alone, explore what’s been hidden, and rediscover your capacity for joy, love, and self-trust.

Divorce Support Group
